Being a pro athlete isn’t easy! It takes dedication, practice and a lot of hard work. A survey of athletes ahead of the London 2012 Olympics discovered that they put in over 10,000 hours of training time over the 4 years leading up to the games. It also found that most athletes began seriously training by age 14, have been training for 11 years, six hours a day, six days a week, and eat about 1.1 million calories per year… that’s almost three Christmas dinners per day! Yum! Time to get training!
RORIH is a 15-year-old Mohawk from Kahnawake. He considers his greatest quality to be his sense of humour and is always able to make his friends laugh. One of his life-long dreams is to be a pro Lacrosse player, and another is to fly a plane. Maybe one of those dreams will come true on this very episode!

One of his secret skills is rapping really, really fast… and if he hadn’t made it as a pro hockey player, he would have pursued politics!
